It is our responsibility to prioritize medical production from prototypes to volume deliveries during these unprecedented times
As an integrated and experienced partner in the Medical industry, we consider it our responsibility to prioritize and provide a “fast track” for medical production, from prototypes to volume deliveries during these unprecedented times. Our global network of manufacturing partners have already pre-approved the prioritization and escalation of Medical production.
Now is the time to innovate and produce
The whole world is holding its breath at the moment. Production plants are at risk of or being shut down, and major industry actors are shifting production from their current products to production of medical equipment. The lack of medical equipment and a need for continuous innovation of new and improved medical devices, is strongly influencing our lives these days. We all depend on innovation and the ability to produce, for us to curve the Covid-19 outbreak, so we must prioritize.
Prioritizing medical orders
At Elmatica we currently prioritize all medical orders in our supply chain, we consider this our civil duty and we are proud to inform that all our partners support this initiative. All medical orders are consequently pre-approved with the highest priority, by Elmatica management and the respective manufacturer. We kindly encourage the entire industry to follow.
Global challenge and responsibility
Ten of our manufacturing partners are ISO 13485:2016 certified (Medical devices — Quality management systems — Requirements for regulatory purposes) and all of them have committed to prioritize and provide extra support for medical orders. Curving the Covid-19 outbreak is a global challenge and responsibility, closing down manufacturing sites can negatively affect our ability to control the outbreak. This is why we have contacted our manufacturing partners to inform them that they are delivering medical orders for Elmatica and gained their support, to ensure that production will continue and that medical orders will be prioritized.
We have reached out to our manufacturing partners globally to help gather medical protection equipment. Let us keep the production of other lifesaving medical products and innovations up and running – #OneWorld – #OnePeople – #MedicalPriorityNow
