The Association of the United States Army’s Annual Meeting is the largest land power exposition and professional development forum in North America. Taking place over three days, the Annual Meeting is designed to deliver the Army’s message by highlighting the capabilities of organizations and presenting a wide range of industry products and services.
We are present alongside all the major actors in the defense sector. The week has been full of great speeches, educational sessions, openings, receptions, and networking.
At the AUSA reception at the Norwegian Embassy in Washington on Sunday the 13 of October, the Norwegian Ambassador Kåre R. Aas pointed out the importance of the long and strong relationship between the United States and Norway and how this has prosperously supported both our nations.
The massive exhibition arena was filled with fantastic stands, and it was a pleasure walking around meeting partners and contacts. We have for sure experienced that an area with continuous development is the unmanned vehicles in all sizes, forms, functions, and capabilities constructed to support the troops in the field. These unmanned vehicles will reduce the dependency on the individual soldier and provide live and continuous monitoring to increase safety.
